You can change your mind on any Pass by using the free rewind button which gives you 3 profile rewinds per week or by going to activity → Passed, tapping their profile and then the Like button.

Swiping someone is free however changing a swipe from a Pass to a Like requires a Veil premium membership.

Gold members can Change any Swipe for free.
