Veil Terms of Service

1. Introduction
1.1. Welcome to Veil, operated by Veil Corp Limited, Inc. (“Veil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1.2. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Veil mobile application (the “App”) and any related content, features, services, and purchases made through the App. 1.3. By accessing or using Veil, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Veil. 1.4. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please read it carefully. 1.5. These Terms apply to all users of Veil, including free and paid members. 1.6. There may be additional terms for specific features or promotions, which will be communicated separately.

2. About Us
2.1. Veil is provided by Veil Corp Limited, Inc., registered in England and Wales with a registered office with a registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. 2.2. For inquiries, you can contact us at support@veil.mobi.

3. Account Creation & Access
3.1. To use Veil, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. 3.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use Veil. 3.3. You may not use Veil if you have been previously banned or convicted of crimes related to violence, harassment, or sexual misconduct. 3.4. You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. 3.5. Veil is for individual, personal, and non-commercial use only.

4. Subscription & Payments
4.1. Veil offers paid features, including Veil Premium, Booster Match, and Compliments. 4.2. Payments are processed via Apple Pay and Google Pay. 4.3. Subscriptions auto-renew based on your selected plan. You can cancel through your app store settings. 4.4. Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods unless required by law. 4.5. Veil reserves the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

5. Community Guidelines & Wali Feature
5.1. Veil promotes a respectful and safe environment. 5.2. Users must adhere to Islamic ethical and religious guidelines, including using the Wali feature for supervised interactions. 5.3. Any harassment, offensive behavior, or misconduct may result in account suspension or termination. 5.4. Users are prohibited from sharing or soliciting explicit content, engaging in hate speech, or using Veil for commercial purposes.

6. User Content & Moderation
6.1. Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant Veil a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the App. 6.2. Content must not violate laws, infringe copyrights, or be defamatory, abusive, or misleading. 6.3. Veil reserves the right to remove content that breaches these Terms or disrupts the platform’s integrity. 6.4. Users can report inappropriate content via the App’s reporting function or at support@veil.mobi.

7. Changes to the Service
7.1. Veil may modify or discontinue features without prior notice. 7.2. Where possible, we will notify users of significant changes.

8. Account Termination & Suspension

8.1. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. 8.2. Veil reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, with or without prior notice. 8.3. Termination for a Terms breach will not entitle the user to a refund.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

9.1. Veil is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. 9.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. 9.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. 10.3. Users in the EU may have additional rights under the Digital Services Act.

11. Updates to These Terms
11.1. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Veil after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
